Blanchart Legal Practice (BLP) is the successor in title to Olu Akinleye & Co. (OAC). Olu Akinleye & Co. was established in 1982 and metamorphosed into Blanchart Legal Practice in 2018. BLP is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

Confidentiality and non-circumvention policies
BLP recognizes the importance of safeguarding clients’ interest and confidentiality, hence its practice of holding in the strictest confidence, all information and documents with which the firm become acquainted and entrusted in respect of every instruction from our clients. Employees of the firm, both legal and administrative are required to execute a Non-Disclosure
Non-Circumvention (NDNC) Agreement in which they pledge not to disclose any information they become aware of in the course of dealing with the firm’s clients.
Compliance
The firm is duly registered at the Federal Inland Revenue Service with VAT No. 22389786-0001. The firm also files its annual returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

The firm’s head office is situate in the city of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.BLP also maintains a branch within the city of Ibadan, in other to effectively service its clients in Oyo State and environ. The two offices effectively covers our clients both within and outside Nigeria.
Asides its two offices, the firm has focal points and presence and is able to handle instructions in other states of the federation, particularly in the South West and Middle-belt.
